ANNOUNCEMENTS

Walk-in Study Hall Grades K-3
An after-school math homework help will begin on Monday, January 10th. It will be open for the first 30 minutes after school in the cafeteria (side furthest from the stage). Monday, Tuesday, Thursday for the 1st week. A flier will be sent home.  Some of our tutoring help will be a few kids from the math club.

BOX TOPS at Laie Elementary: Congratulations to Mrs. Kitagawa's class for collecting the most box tops so far this year!

But don't stop collecting! We are still working toward our goal of $875.  After the christmas break there will be more contests.  So keep collecting and bringing them into your classroom collection containers.  Don't forget to register with our school at btfe.com to get coupons and more.

HSA Online Testing: Jan. 10-28th HSA online testing for grades 3-6. The state gives each school 3 tries to get students to pass.  This will be our first try.

Music Conservatory Piano Program
: Educational Outreach is pleased to announce their winter 2011 Music Conservatory piano program. The program will run for 12 weeks from January 10 to April 1, 2011. Individual lessons will be 45 minutes, once a week, scheduled directly with the instructor. The tuition fee is $165/session with a sibling discount of $155/session (for 2nd or more siblings). Kahuku Library Bookmobile: Internet access and a printer is available. Requests for materials may be placed and items picked up from the Bookmobile. Shelves are stocked with books, CDs, audio books and large type books. For more information call Fran at 293-8935.
