Classroom Treat Idea

Here is an idea to make your classroom birthday treats a bit healthier. Linds recently made chocolate chip cookies for her son's 2nd grade class. While making the cookies she realized she was out of butter so she substituted pinto beans. Yes, I said pinto beans. The best part was the kids didn't notice the difference!
