I'm grateful all 6 of my kids have been able to go to Laie Elementary. The teachers are incredible and have helped each of my kids in so many ways. Thanks Teachers!!

I am grateful that my kids go to Laie, because I feel like the teachers genuinely care about each student. And the parents are willing to do what they can the pitch in, too.

I am grateful my children have gone to Laie Elementary because they can walk to school. This gives them exercise, and gives them time to organize their thoughts for the day on their way to school, and they can relax on the way home at the end of the day. It also is a sign that ours is a safe community, another thing I'm very grateful for. I'm also grateful that so many parents help with the activities. When everyone does a little, a lot gets accomplished.

I am grateful that my kids are at Laie Elementary because the parent support is amazing. I have never seen so many parents get involved to improve the education/experience for their kids.

I am grateful that my kids go to Laie because this is where I went to school. Some of the experiences that I had while there has contributed to my decision to become a teacher myself. Until recently, some of my teachers where still teaching there. That tells you how wonderful the school community is.

I am grateful that my kids go to Laie because this is where I went to school. Many of my experiences there have helped me to become the person I am today from being Super Citizen (I drew the logo when I was in 6 grade), to participating in physical fitness in 3rd grade, to dancing May Day in PCC right up to being the first class in the B building (first extention) when it was completed. The teachers there were supportive and encouraging. Many hands make like work.
